The client needed a marketplace that could evaluate fit with high fidelity — automatically.

We engineered a custom matching algorithm that scores employer requirements against candidate profiles, factoring in job-responsibility skill weightage, DISC behavioral assessments, and specific skillsets. The platform automates the full sourcing and vetting pipeline, with n8n orchestrating candidate communication and status updates end to end.
